This teaching and learning session aims to demystify Social Media in the classroom and artistic space by bringing together three educators with wide-ranging experience of social media in education. David, Garin, and Joshua will talk about using Social Media to increase student success and engagement, drive effective student research, and allow students and faculty from universities around the world, across cultures, and visual arts disciplines to critique work together live. Session attendees will be invited to participate in a live global Twitter "ArtCrit," so please bring your smartphone, set up your Twitter account in advance, and be ready to tweet!
