Registration Pass Options

Full Conference Pass: entitles attendees full access to all conference programming

Day Pass: provides full access to conference programming on a single day of the conference (maximum two day pass per registrant)

Session Pass: ticket to a single session (daytime concurrent sessions and/or evening guest speaker presentations only) will be offered onsite only upon availablitly

Cancellation Policy 

Conference registration is non-transferable and cancellation requests must be received in writing to by February 21, 2020. Cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations after February 21, 2020 are non-refundable. The cancellation policy applies to all circumstances (including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disaster, flight cancellations, illness, personal/family emergency, etc.)

Special Accommodations

SPE will make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations for the needs of our attendees, especially with regard to disabilities and/or medical conditions. Please contact ASAP to address any special needs you may have. Any information provided will be kept confidential. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event(s) for which accommodations are sought in order for SPE to try to acquire necessary services. 

Group Registration

For institutions covering multiple annual conference registrations and/or membership purchases for faculty, staff, and students, SPE can process a bulk payment from the institution with the following information:

Submit ALL DOCUMENTS TOGETHER along with payment.

  • Credit card payments can be processed using the SPE Credit Card Payment Form and can be emailed to or faxed to 216.622.2712
  • Check payments should be mailed to: Society for Photographic Education, P.O. Box 6653, Cleveland, OH 44101

Forms must be delivered to SPE by the deadlines specified for Early and Advanced Registration.

Please note:

  • SPE's annual conference has sold out in the past and in the event of another sell out, registrations received after that point will not be honored.
  • Applicants will receive a confirmation email once their registrations are successfully processed.
  • Member rates only apply to current members. Please confirm that individuals are current members of SPE through the end date of the conference (March 8, 2020). If they are not, either the individuals or institution will need to purchase a membership in order to receive the discounted conference registration rate.
