This interactive presentation is about exploring ways teachers can design rewarding, flipped learning experiences that offer students many opportunities to reach their creative and intellectual goals. We will explore a collection of innovative teaching tools and strategies meant to supplement the valuable skills, talents, and experiences of photo-educators. With an eye toward professional development this presentation is designed to bridge the gap between the disciplines of photography and teacher education. Learn how evidenced-based methods and online technologies can be utilized for teaching in a student-centered, flipped classroom environment. BYOD (Bring your own device) to participate in this practice-oriented, action packed learner experience.
