Susan Sponsler-Carstarphen is a Korean adoptee who grew
up on a farm in Iowa. Her artwork has been exhibited in Seoul,
South Korea, the U.S. Embassy in Panama City, New York City,
Los Angeles, Houston and Austin, Texas. She earned her MFA in
photography from Texas Woman's University.
