"The Self in Black and White: A Conversation with Bill Gaskins and Erina Duganne"
Erina Duganne is assistant professor of art history at Texas
State University. She is the author of The Self in Black and White:
Race and Subjectivity in Postwar American Photography and her essays
have appeared in a number of anthologies and exhibition catalogues.
Most recently, she was awarded a Fulbright Scholar grant
to lecture at the University of Potsdam during the 2009-2010
academic year.
