We are excited to announce the 2018 SPEMA Chapter Pop Up which will be hosted and sponsored by Tyler School of Art on Saturday October 6. The theme for the retreat is Teaching Photography.

The retreat will offer an array of talks, panels, demonstrations and a portfolio throwdown. On Friday October 5, the Tyler Photography Program is hosting a Vendor's Day and all participants in the SPEMA Chapter Pop Up are welcome to attend.

You are asked to choose one side of the conversation, as the student or as the mentor. If you choose the role of mentor, choose a student image to be printed and hung alongside your image. If you choose to be the student, an image of your mentors work will hang next to your image.

Tyler School of Art is donating free printing of all images. Each image will be printed using Photo Tex Adhesive materials. The selected photographers will each provide a high resolution file for us to print. Images will be adhered to the walls in the Photography Program galleries from September 17 – October 13, 2018.
