Devin teaches CTE Photography classes at the high school level for SAVA (Sacramento Academic and Vocational Academy), a charter school in Sacramento, CA.
His class offerings include Beginning and Intermediate Photography, Photojournalism, and Portrait and Commercial Photography. He also has taught a Documentary Filmmaking production class for "Community in Action" (CIA), another school in the same district that emphasizes Social Justice issues.
Previous to teaching full time, Devin has worked in Editorial Photography, Commercial Photography, managed corporate studios, owned his own studios and has dabbled in both filmmaking and editorial writing for publication.
In addition to teaching, Devin also owns his own business - Devin Bruce Photography. He primarily shoots freelance Editorial, Weddings and whatever else sounds like fun.
Devin is based in Sacramento but travels worldwide.
