Adam J Long was born in Washington state in 1978. He studied photography in Los Angeles, California (BA 1999), Sunderland, England (MA 2005) and Hartford, Connecticut (MFA 2013). His photographs have been exhibited internationally and are in the permanent collection of the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, The Hirsch Library
