Panel Talk: I've Graduated...Now What? The Ins and Outs of Graduate School
Kendra Smith is a photographer from Topeka, Kansas. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in art with a concentration in photography and a business minor in 2015, and she is currently a Master of Fine Arts Photography student at The University of North Texas. Smith's work deals with relationships in the world around us. She represents in her work similarities and differences in her world. She enjoys comparing the human vs. environment relationship and likes to play with the space around us to conjure emotion and questions from the viewer. Smith is a triplet; her positive relationship with her family and her yearning to capture pivotal moments of her life are what stemmed her interest in photography.
Dialogue and critique are important to the SPE mission.
