Michael Borowski uses photography to examine the contentious space of home and community, addressing themes of migration, intimacy, and queer space. He holds an M.F.A. from the University of Michigan, and a B.F.A. from the University of New Mexico. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Photography at Virginia Tech.
