Plascencia is a visual artist and educator whose creative work explores the duality between personal and communal identities and spaces. Plascencia attended the Escuela de Artes Plasticas in Mexico before immigrating to the USA. Plascencia's work has been shown nationally and internationally. He currently teaches at UNT and is interested to see developed, conceptual photographic or mixed media series.
