Delaney Hoffman (they/them) is an artist, writer, and image maker exploring the misinformation economy through photographs, sound and sculpture. They primarily work between the darkroom and the woodshop to produce works that blur the line between image and object. Hoffman earned their BFA from the University of New Mexico and is currently an MFA candidate at the University of Iowa; between these two degrees, they spent time working in museums, galleries, and factories. Hoffman has shown work nationally in group exhibitions and most recently held a solo exhibition at No Name Cinema in Santa Fe, NM. They have contributed catalog essays to shows across the country and additionally have contributed writing to "Southwest Contemporary."
Dialogue and critique are important to the SPE mission.
