New Poetics in Education

June T Sanders is an artist & educator from eastern Washington State. She lives there still. Her work has recently been shown at the Colorado Photographic Arts Center (Denver), Amos Eno Gallery (Brooklyn), and Cascade Paragon Gallery (Portland) -- and has appeared in Vice, Paper Journal, Leste Magazine, Humble Arts Foundation, and Lenscratch. She is a recent recipient of the 2020 Blue Sky Curatorial Prize & the New Hampshire Institute of Art Teti Research Fellowship. Her practice includes photography, writing, curation, and experimental publishing ± & revolves around queer methodology // resistance & the intersections of language, media, and aesthetics. She is currency an assistant professor with the Digital Technology & Culture Program at Washington State University & and instructor at the New York Summer School of the Arts.
