Christopher Metzger is a socially engaged artist and educator based in Baltimore, MD. As Professor and Department Chair of Art and Graphic Design at Stevenson University, he teaches computer graphics and digital photography with an emphasis on the investigation of representational justice through the lens of visual literacy.
