Conference registration is non-transferable and cancellation requests must be received in writing to northeast@spenational.org by 10/12/19. Cancellations are subject to a $15 processing fee. Cancellations after 10/12/19 are non-refundable. The cancellation policy applies to all circumstances (including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disaster, flight cancellations, illness, personal/family emergency, etc.)
