Photolithography Image Transfer on Clay (Photographic Ceramics)
Kristina Bogdanov was born in Serbia, former Yugoslavia. She received her MFA from University of Kentucky. Her work is influenced by complex and multifaceted layers of personal experience, history, heritage, globalization and information age. She teaches ceramics and drawing courses at Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware. Bogdanov's work is in permanent collection of Korea's World Center for Ceramics Art, KOCEF, South Korea. Her work on photolithography image transfer on clay has been published in several national publications on ceramics art: Pottery Making Illustrated, CeramicDaily.org, Ceramic Studio Advanced Ceramic Techniques, Ceramics Arts Handbook Series, edited by Anderson Turner, published by The American Ceramic Society, Image and Design Transfers Techniques, by Paul Andrew Wandless, 500 Prints on Clay Lark Craft publication.
