Commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the 1962 Teaching Conference
Jessica S. McDonald is Curator of Photography at the Harry Ransom Center, The University of Texas at Austin. She is a doctoral candidate in the Visual and Cultural Studies program at the University of Rochester. She has worked as the Assistant Curator of Photography at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, a curator at George Eastman House and Visual Studies Workshop, both in Rochester, New York. She is the editor of Nathan Lyons: Selected Essays, Lectures, and Interviews (University of Texas Press, 2012), and is the U.S. reviews editor for the journal Photography & Culture.
Dialogue and critique are important to the SPE mission.
