Ben Schonberger is an artist and art teacher currently based in Pittsburgh, PA. Utilizing photography, appropriated
imagery, digital montage, and performance his work examines the complexities of identity through social
investigations. Ben has exhibited nationally and internationally. His work is part of public and private collections
including The Detroit Institute of Arts Department of Prints, Drawings and Photographs. His self-published books can
be found in the MoMA Library, The Arts Library at Yale University, The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and The Toledo
Museum of Art.
