Stephanie Dowda DeMer has an MFA from VCU and is the Emory University Arts Fellow. Her experimental practice explores the materiality of photography to address grief and climate catastrophe. She has taught at Wesleyan and the University of Iowa. Her exhibitions at Emory and Whitespace Gallery open in March 2026.
Zen Cohen received an MFA in Art Studio at the University of California at Davis and BFA in Film, Video and Performance at the California College of the Arts in Oakland, CA. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor of Art, Digital Arts Media at Clemson. Cohen is the founder of Open Air Media Festival.
