Good Morning

Christopher Kern is a Tenured Professor and Program Lead of Photography at California Baptist University. With a career in commercial photography spanning over two decades, he has been shooting and producing professional projects since 2003. Kern earned his MFA in Photography from the renowned Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. In addition to his freelance work, he has been teaching photography since 2009. His work has been recognized by prominent industry publications, including PDN, CMYK, IPA, and the APA. Creatively, he aims to create imagery that is aspirational yet accessible. At his core, Kern is passionate about the people he encounters--whether they are portrait subjects, creative collaborators, students, or strangers.
