Snapshot Online Teaching: A Workshop for Creating Engaging, Inclusive Classes
Ann Kaplan is an artist and educator with experience in museums, arts organizations, and higher education. Currently an associate professor at Appalachian State University, she taught previously at Elon University and Philippines Women's University and exhibits her work nationally and internationally. She earned her MFA at Clemson University, MA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is a PhD candidate at the European Graduate School. Having pivoted online during the pandemic, she stayed there for its flexibility, equity, and inclusion.
