If you are interested in finding a roommate please follow the instructions below. Once you are placed on the list you will be emailed a list of potential roommates and receive an update each time there are additions. It will be up to you to contact persons on the list to discuss the suitability of rooming together.

The last date that names will be accepted is February 11, 2019.

Please send an email to Ginenne Clark, SPE's Events & Publications Coordinator at and include the following details:

- Your name
- Your gender
- Contact information: phone, email
- Reserved a room and looking for roommate OR Have not reserved a room – looking for room & roommate
- Arrival date
- Departure date
- Optional: sleeping/rising habits (early or late), snoring, watching TV late, etc.

Ginenne will add your name to the list. You will receive a list of potential roommates via email. Please contact Ginenne to let her know if you have found a roommate so you can be removed from the list.
