Indian born artist-educator-activist Subhankar Banerjee's photographs from his ongoing Arctic project have been exhibited in nearly forty venues including Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth, Milwaukee Art Museum, Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art and Bozar Center for Fine Arts in Brussels. Banerjee received Greenleaf Artist Award from UNEP and Cultural Freedom Fellowship from Lannan Foundation.
