Who we are:
In-Sight Photography Project is a small non-profit organization located in Brattleboro, VT with a 30 year history of empowering youth through the photographic arts. Programming includes classes in digital and darkroom photography led by staff and volunteers, special projects, and events. Our goal is to provide a safe learning environment to cultivate young artists and future arts appreciators regardless of a students' financial situation. In-Sight values social justice and works to increase accessibility and equity in the arts.

Who we're looking for:
In-Sight Photography Project seeks a Program Director to lead a range of educational programming, including projects and events, in the photographic arts. The Director will plan and execute programming for youth 11 to 18 to serve In-Sight's mission, lead an inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with community organizations. In-Sight's Program Director is essential to the organization and is part of a small professional team of four that works collaboratively with the Executive Director, staff, and board of directors. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young people, and is excited to lead programs in photography that foster curiosity, community engagement, and opportunity for youth in the photographic arts.
