The Visual Arts award in Ireland is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to research and contextualize 20th century and contemporary Irish Art practice at the Irish Museum of Modern Art in Dublin. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to curate displays for the gallery, assist in establishing a photography section with the museum's collection as well as lecture and/or lead discussions groups in association with Irish higher educational arts organization.

The award is open to academics and appropriately qualified professionals outside of academia and applications from candidates with experience working within an institutional photographic department are especially welcome.
