Diverse Visions About Queerness
Davis Orton Gallery / Deadline: 07/05/15
A group exhibition that will explore diverse visions about queerness through photo-based works and video.
By queerness, we mean work that questions the binary, resists the prescribed gender norms and challenges assumptions about the ways things are placed within neat boundaries.
Employing the metaphor of the body, landscape, objects, language or something else, the show is open to creative exploration of the theme including but not limited to sexuality.
