The Hand Magazine seeks artwork from artists all over the world. We are interested in a variety of processes and subject matter. The Hand Magazine is published quarterly.

Location

The Hand Magazine is based in Kansas City.

Fees

$15 for non-subscribers (no fee for subscribers), $20 in Mexico and Canada, $25 outside North America

Eligibility

All artists 18 and over, all over the world, are eligible.

Requirements

All submissions must include some kind of photographic or printmaking process. Submission form and either subscription or submission fee.

Evaluation Criteria

We are particularly interested in unique, hand-made, alternative process, and mixed process work. We consider craftsmanship, composition, uniqueness, vision, and compelling narrative.
