Isn't this exciting? Your images will be curated by Aline Smithson, one of the most important figures in the photographic world and, once selected, your prints will be viewed by thousands of visitors in Photoville 2016 in Brooklyn, NY between September 21-25!

Eligibility

The Call for Entrée is open to all photographers world wide, both amateur and professional. All mediums are invited.

Requirements

Please read carefully, since a lot of things have changed for this call. If your submission is incomplete or your images are sized incorrectly your entry will not be accepted.

- Deadline:
The deadline is (postmarked mail) Monday, September 5th. There will be no extension. Since you have to mail actual prints, please plan ahead (especially if you don't live in the U.S.)

- Guidelines:
* Open to all photographers world wide, both amateur and professional. All mediums are invited. Previous participants are welcome to submit again.
* You can submit up to 6 images. As usual, the submission is FREE!
* The theme of the exhibition is "Road Trip".
* Submitted prints should not be bigger than 5x7” or 6x6".
* Try to avoid type if sending promo cards.
* If you send original artwork, please sign it on the back and specifically mention that it's for The Curated Fridge. All the original artwork will be saved after each Fridge Show. No artwork will be returned. There are already ideas for curating an actual installation show with all the artwork sent. By sending original artwork, you agree to all the above.
* Accepted images will be posted on The Curated Fridge website and social media.

- Mail your promos or artwork to:

- Additionally, email the jpgs of the submitted files to: thecuratedfridge_at_gmail_dot_com
* Image specifications: 1280 on the longest side, 72 ppi, sRGB, .jpg
* Name your jpgs like this: Mary_Jones_1, Mary_Jones_2 etc...
* Please do not send .zip files
* Finally, include a link to your website (if any).

Considerations

Accepted images will be exhibited on an installation during Photoville, Brooklyn, NY (September 21-25, 2016) and will posted on The Curated Fridge website and social media.
