- Guidelines:
* Open to all photographers world wide, both amateur and professional. All mediums are invited. Previous participants are welcome to submit again.
* You can submit up to 6 images. As usual, the submission is FREE!
* Submitted prints should not be bigger than 5x7” or 6x6".
* Try to avoid type if sending promo cards.
* If you send original artwork, please sign it on the back and specifically mention that it's for The Curated Fridge. All the original artwork will be saved after each Fridge Show. No artwork will be returned. There are already ideas for curating an actual installation show with all the artwork. By sending original artwork, you agree to all the above.
* Accepted images will be posted on The Curated Fridge website and social media.
- Mail your artwork to:
Yorgos Efthymiadis
77 Oak Street
Somerville, MA 02143
- Additionally, email the jpgs of the submitted files to: thecuratedfridge_at_gmail_dot_com
* Image specifications: 1280 on the longest side, 72 ppi, sRGB, .jpg
* Name your jpgs like this: Mary_Jones_1, Mary_Jones_2 etc...
* Please, do not send .zip files
* Finally, include a link to your website (if any).
Again, you have to mail your prints and email the jpgs. The curators will be judging your images by printing quality and will be installing the show on the fridge. The jpgs will be used for promoting your work on the website and social media.
If printing is not your selling point or you think that your prints won't make it on time because you live outside the U.S., you can use a printing company (Shutterfly, Mpix etc). They are very cheap, fast and reliable.
Everyone who submits will receive an email notification of which images were accepted. Accepted images will be posted on The Curated Fridge's website and social media.
