PORTFOLIO PLATFORM

International Feature - Fall 2020

Midwest Center for Photography   /   Deadline: 09/20/20

Download in PDF Format

Portfolio Platform has developed from the semi-annual Flat File Feature, and provides the focus to a more streamlined online presence while we are currently practicing social distancing and having more virtual gallery experiences. The Portfolio Platform provides the opportunity for photographers to showcase a portfolio of your photographic work prominently online at the Midwest Center for Photography website gallery. The portfolios will be available for patrons of the gallery to go online and view, learn about you and your work through your images and biography and artist statement, and have the opportunity to purchase your photographs. Each portfolio will consist of 12 - 20 images.

Selected artists will have their work featured for a period of 6 months online.

Fall Portfolio Platform Feature dates: October, 2020 - March, 2021.

Location

Midwest Center for Photography, 1215 Franklin, Wichita, KS 67203, http://www.mwcponline.com

Fees

$75 to submit 12 images

Requirements

Follow the online information at http://www.mwcponline.com/portfolio-platform-entry.html, please note that there is not an upload form and simply submit JPEG files to the gallery via email.

Considerations

Selection will be based upon the portfolio of work submitted by each artist rather than solely on individual images. A brief artist statement and bio are required.
