The Woody Gaddis Gallery, on the campus of the University of Central Oklahoma, seeks entries for the juried photographic exhibition entitled Connect. To connect is to bring together, relate in some respect, link to a power supply, provide access and communication... We are looking for photographic works that relate to the idea or embrace the definition of the word connect. Any interpretation of this concept captured or created through the visual medium of photography is open for submission.

Requirements

Up to three submissions of photographic work

Awards

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place, Up to 4 Honorable Mentions

Considerations

Deadlines:
July 6: Digital submissions due
July 11: Selections will be made and artists notified
August 1: Physical submissions due
August 8 - 31: Connect exhibition
September 16: Physical submissions mailed back to artist

Use Rights: Artists retain full rights to their work. By submitting to the Woody Gaddis Gallery, artists grant the use of selected images for the purpose of marketing the gallery and subsequent display on its website. Submission Information: https://blogs.uco.edu/photography/exhibitions/

Evaluation Criteria

Associate Professor Jesse L. Miller, Assistant Professor Mark Zimmerman, and Manager of Photo Labs Angela Cejda from the University of Central Oklahoma will jury the exhibition. Selections will be made by July 11th.
