Work should be from a concise portfolio series.”Best of” or single images will not be published. Please consider: Diffusion is known as an annual that highlights artfully crafted photographic artwork including, but not limited to, and-crafted, alternative process, analog, mixed media, installation, photo as object, avant-garde, experimental, assemblage, staged, abstract, etc. Please take a look at our broader mission for more perspective.

Diffusion is primarily a short-run limited edition print annual magazine. We do offer digital versions of our current volumes after the print version has sold out (or in combination with a print edition purchase). Selected artists will be published in both versions.

Open to all photographers working in all photo-based media.

Requirements

Entry Guidelines: Submit up to 8-12 images. Please submit JPEG image only

Awards

Awards: Featured Artist (interview and portfolio published on 4-6 page spreads), Invitational Showcase (1-3 page feature), All Featured Artists and a curated selection from the Invitational Showcase are invited to show in our next physical exhibition (details TBD).
