Dek Unu Magazine seeks submissions of fine photoart portfolios for solo publication in its November and December issues. Non-profit, non-advertising, and artist-centric, we publish one artist's portfolio per edition, themed and curated by the artist alone, along with an in-depth interview. International submissions of adventurous, accomplished images in all photo-based techniques and genres are warmly invited.

Eligibility

Accomplished artists 18 years-of-age and older are invited.

Requirements

Submissions must include 11 web-res .jpgs, a revealing (but not exhaustive) cv/bio, and conversational discussion of the work submitted. Submitters must be comfortable communicating in English. Complete guidelines are at www.dekunumag.com/submit.

Considerations

We promote our featured artists extensively on web and social media during the publication month and every artist in included in an "annual" edition at the end of each year.

Evaluation Criteria

The editorial staff look for well-seen, well-crafted, images that show mature aesthetic vision and which provide an interesting turn to the next issue of the magazine. All submissions are juried together and all respondents are notified of results as soon after deadline as possible.
