6th Highlands Juried Art Exhibit

NJ Highlands Coalition and Morris Museum   /   Deadline: 05/23/19

The New Jersey Highlands Coalition, in association with the Morris Museum, is proud to announce its 6th Highlands Juried Art Exhibit featuring the landscapes, flora, fauna, natural, cultural and historic resources of the Highlands of NY, NJ, PA and CT.
Artists are invited to submit work for an exhibit at the Morris Museum in Morristown, New Jersey, from August through October, 2019. New this year will be the addition of a Youth Category for artists under the age of 18, and a Sculpture/3-D category. Selected entries will be featured in the Morris Museum's spacious Hedley Gallery and the three top prize winners also will be shown at Studio 7 Fine Art Gallery in Bernardsville.
There will be a Grand Prize of $500, in addition to Second Place and Third Place awards of $300 and $200 respectively. Other prizes will include gift certificates for framing, printing and local events. Selections from the exhibit will be featured on the New Jersey Highlands Coalition website and social media sites. Prize-winning images will accompany press releases to be sent to prominent NJ publications.

Location

Eligibility

Open to all artists. Artists above 18 years of age have to pay an entry fee and can submit up to three different types of work. It is free for artists under 18, and can submit only one piece of art

Awards
