10x10x10xTieton

Now in its 8th year, 10x10x10xTieton asks artists from all over the world to submit works no larger than 10 inches x 10 inches x 10 inches.

Small is BIG! Now in its 8th year, 10x10x10xTieton asks artists from all over the world to submit works no larger than 10 inches x 10 inches x 10 inches. There are no media restrictions. Works must be original and made within the previous three years. Each accepted entry will be featured in a fully illustrated, hand-bound, hardcover exhibited catalogue and every artist will receive one copy.

Juried by Lloyd Herman, founding Director of the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, and Gia Hamilton, Director of the Joan Mitchell Center in New Orleans.

The exhibition will be shown August 12th - October 8th, 2017 at the Mighty Tieton Warehouse in Tieton, WA. Opening Reception: Saturday, August 12th.

Fees

$30 for first two submissions. $10 for each additional artwork.

Eligibility

Everyone is welcome! No piece may be larger than 10 inches x 10 inches x 10 inches. Works must be original and made within the previous three years. All media welcome. There are no geographic limits.

Requirements

Minimum two submissions required.

Awards

There will be 5 Juror’s Awards of $100 each given at the Opening Reception. If artist is not present, a check will be sent to the artist. There is also a People’s Choice award of $100 voted on by gallery attendees.

Evaluation Criteria

Accepted submissions are selected by jurors.
