Chris Yates is a story-driven artist primarily working with long-term projects that focus on creating a bridge to those on the margins either spiritually, emotionally or physically. Yates graduated with a BA in Screenwriting with an Archaeology minor from Loyola Marymount University in 2016.
Emmaus: The Nature of the Way is a photography book published in May 2017 (Marymount Institute Press 2017) that highlights the humanity of 22 Jesuit Priests. This body of work explores common stereotypes that we have of priests and allows the viewer to view them as first and foremost: human.
