This project archives the use of plastic bags over an extended period of time, showcasing the overabundance of non-biodegradable trash in the consumer's everyday life. The bags are photographed to take on sculptural forms, looming dangerously and attacking the subject. The title "Thank You (For What?)" questions the benign message of these large companies that contribute to this formidable problem. What do we, and our planet, have to thank for the epidemic of pollution?
