Angela Faris Belt is an artist with work exhibited nationally and abroad, and held in numerous corporate and private collections.
Recognized through grants and fellowships for her fine art work and scholarship, her conceptual imagery studies the the relationship between humankind and the natural world, and how photography affects our perceptions of it.
Angela currently serves as Department Chair of the Studio Art & Art History Programs at Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado. She is author of The Elements of Photography: Understanding and Creating Sophisticated Images, which centers on making meaningful images by integrating photography's technical aspects with concepts and aesthetics.
