Until Tender

“They didn’t last long this time. They came and they went. That’s just how it goes," my grandma said to me, talking about the blooms on her azalea bushes. Until Tender is an ongoing body of work that is an examination of the relationship between the Southern landscape, food culture, and family. It is also an attempt at an archive. (Albeit, the beginnings of one). It's my attempt to make the azalea blooms last longer.
