Northwest Chapter Conference Registration

print this page

Registration is now OPEN for SPE-NW 2019!

Early bird rates have been extended through August 15th, 2019. Please be sure you register before this point to lock in our discounted rates!

ON-CAMPUS LODGING is available on a first come, first served basis. Dorm-style conference lodging is available and UAF's Nerland Hall has been set aside for conference attendees. Due to the limited number of rooms available, we encourage attendees to sign up for a shared room rate (one twin bed per guest, two beds per room) and request to be paired with specific other attendees (email requests at northwest@spenational.org) or be put on the list to be paired up. The dorm will be filled with photographers, artists and educators in Fairbanks for SPE-NW, so join the fun! Limited single rooms (with a single twin bed) and full rooms (with two single beds) are available, but we encourage attendees to room together! Be sure to add ON-CAMPUS lodging to your schedule when registering! Add this option for each day you plan on lodging with us! Lodging must be added by 9am on 9/9/2019.

Registration will be open until 9/15/19 online - after that point, please register in person at the event. University of Alaska students (UAF, UAA, UAS and satellite campuses) will be provided a discount code for registration by contacting conference chair J. Jason Lazarus at jjlazarus@alaska.edu with proof of student standing.

Conference registration is non-transferable and cancellation requests must be received in writing to northwest@spenational.org by 8/1/2019. Cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee. Cancellations after 8/1/2019 are non-refundable. The cancellation policy applies to all circumstances (including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disaster, flight cancellations, illness, personal/family emergency, etc.)

Room refund policy: Refunds are unavailable after 9/5/2019.
