Frank Lopez is in his 16th year at Greenhill School where he leads the international award-winning issues-based photography program. Teaching 19th & 21st century techniques, Frank's students are published, collected and exhibited alongside professional artists. His work incorporates issues such as the cultural landscape, 21st century photographic reinterpretation and the historical landscape utilizing antiquarian methods of capture. Frank has curated exhibitions for the Bath House Cultural Center, interviewed by KERA for Art&Seek and awarded the Observer's 2011 MasterMind Award. Two international podcasts featured his working methods in recent years. Frank received the 2020 Callanan Excellence in Photographic Teaching Award from Center Santa Fe. He leads professional workshops and is held in numerous private collections. Frank is based in Little Elm, TX where he resides with his wife, daughter and little buddy, Sparky.
