Mark Sealy is the director of Autograph: The Association of Black Photographers in London. (In England, Black refers to any people of color.) Since 1988 Autograph has been a key photographic production bureau and information resource for historians, curators, galleries, festivals, and international photographic media. They are currently working on a $10.3 million capital building project in collaboration with the Institute of International Visual Art. Mark's talk for SPE will address some of the issues Autograph has faced as an organization.
